Any delivery date shown at checkout or in a shipping confirmation is an estimate and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, email hallo@kiiven.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send an item back before your request has been reviewed. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for the return process and destination.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so that we can review the issue and assist you.

Return shipping

Refunds
